From the evaluation of supply chain risk, the paper quantified the supply chain risk by the
method of fuzzy set, and then used the cooperative game method to study the supply chain risk pooling
mechanism, an example followed. Finally, it gave a conclusion of the whole paper that using fuzzy set

theory bine the subject method and impersonal method, so can it solve the problem better
relatively, and using Shapley allocation method of cooperative game conversely can satisfy most
important conditions in pooling supply chain risk between the supply chain members. bine the
two methods can supply a method to deal with supply chain risk pooling mechanism.

0 Introductions
As the characters of multi-participation subject, cross regional and multi-link, the supply
chain is easy affected by adverse elements from external environment and inner entities. This
caused the supply chain risk. When the risk appears, the supply chain members will face the
problem of how to share the loss caused by the risk, which is the problem of supply chain risk
