摘要:水稻糙米率是衡量稻米碾磨品质的指标之一。本研究以广陆矮 4 号为受体,日本晴为
供体的 119 个染色体单片段代换系为材料,通过单因素方差分析和 t’s 多重比较,
分析单片段代换系与受体亲本之间糙米率的差异,对代换片段上的糙米率 QTL 进行鉴定。
以 P≤ 为阈值共检测到 2 个糙米率 QTL,利用代换作图法将其分别定位在第 6 染色体
和第 9 染色体上,2 个 QTL 均表现为增效作用,增效基因来自于粳稻亲本日本晴,其加性
效应值分别为 %和 %,加性效应百分率分别为 %和 %。该研究对进一步发
掘和利用新的水稻糙米率 QTL 具有重要意义,同时对提高水稻糙米率、增加稻米的实际产
量具有十分重要的经济价值。

Abstract: Brown rice rate is one of the indexes for rice milling quality measurement. In this study,
the inheritance of brown rice rate was characterized using a set of chromosome single segment
substitution lines (CSSSLs) derived from Nipponbare and Guangluai 4. One-way ANOVA and
t’s test were employed pare the difference between CSSSLs and the recurrent parent
Guangluai 4. We detected 2 QTL (P≤) for brown rice rate which were primarily mapped on
chromosome 6 and 9 by substitution
