摘要:为探析矿工违章行为形成机理,在分析矿工违章行为影响因素基础上,构建矿工违章
行为形成机制图,基于突变理论,从遵章和违章视角建立矿工违章行为尖点突变模型。运用
突变模型解释矿工心理行为在个体情绪和管理失误综合作用下的变化过程,提出矿工违章行
为的预防机制和控制策略。结果表明:尖点突变模型对矿工违章行为的解释优于其他传统模
型;矿工违章行为是一个渐变-突变过程;矿工心理感知变化的剧烈程度决定其违章行为出
现时点;违章行为防控的关键在于针对行为所处的不同阶段建立特定的预防机制和控制策
略。

Abstract: In order to explore formation mechanism of miners` violation behaviors ,the formation
mechanism figure of miners`violation behaviors was factors affecting violation
behavior were the perspective pliance behaviors and violation
behaviors,the cups catastrophe model of miners` violation behaviors was builded based on
catastrophe model reasonably explained miners psychological behaviors`
process,under the two kinds of variables:personal emotion and management misconduct and put
forward the avoidance mechanism and control conclusion,the article reveals the main
results as ,the cups catastrophe model is obviously better than the traditional model
in explaining the miners`violation ,the miners`
