摘要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和二羟甲基丙酸( DMPA)为原料,
采用预聚体法制备了甲乙酮肟(MEKO)封闭的水性 TDI 胶束。通过亲水性基团在聚氨酯
链段结构中的引入,所制备的胶束可在水性溶液中稳定分散达 6 个月,并且可在加热条件下
释放异氰酸基参与交联固化反应。本文对所制备封闭胶束的形貌、结构及解封闭特性进行了
表征与测试, 并系统研究了 R 值、DMPA 含量及反应条件如中和度等对胶束粒径大小与分
布以及其在水性溶液中分散稳定性的影响。

Preparation and characterization of heat-reducible aqueous
TDI-based polyurethane micelle

Abstract: Aqueous polyurethane micelles blocked by methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO) were
prepared by pre-polymer mixing process, using toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyethylene glycol
(PEG) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). The micelles could be dispersed and stabilized in
aqueous solution up to 6 months, and the isocyanate group could be dissociated by heating for the
subsequent crosslinking reaction. The morphology, structure and dissociation of the blocked
polyurethane micelles were characterized, and the influence of R value, DMPA content and
neutralization degree on the particle size and stability in water was further explored.

异氰酸酯化合物及其聚合物因其优异的环保特性和性能可调
