静压桩基施工对邻近地下工程结构的影响

摘要:某地下停车场为整体浇筑的钢筋混凝土梁板结构。由于邻近新建建筑物桩基静压施工,
静压桩机自重以及桩的挤土效应,会导致地下工程部分结构产生变形和应力。为了了解桩基
施工对地下工程结构的影响程度,对邻近地下结构进行了监测。本文在实际工程的基础上,
为方便对沉桩过程中地下工程结构的计算,将其结构以及荷载作出简化,利用简化后的计算
模型对梁板结构产生的变形及应力进行理论计算,与实际观测数据进行对比,验证简化后力
学模型的理论计算与实测情况较为吻合,存在一定的差异,但在允许范围之内。

Abstract: A underground parking lot is the whole pouring reinforced concrete beam and slab
structure. Due to the static pressure pile foundation of the adjacent new building construction,
static pressure pile weight and the paction effect of pile, can lead to part of the
underground engineering produce the structure deformation and stress. In order to understand the
influence degree of underground engineering structures by the pile foundation construction,
monitor of the adjacent underground structure. In this paper, on the basis of actual project, to
simplify the underground engineering structure and stress in the process of pile driving structure.
And using the theoretical calculation the deformation and stress of beam and slab structure,
compared with the observed data. And verify the simplified me
