糠醛渣的热解及制备高吸附性能活性炭的

摘要:本实验首先对糠醛渣做了 N2 条件下的热重分析,根据其失重曲线确定合适的炭化条
件:温度为 450℃,炭化时间 1h。并对不同温度下的热解气的成分、含量进行了分析,随着
热解温度的提高,H2、CO、CH4 的含量均有不同程度的提高。之后实验考察了活化温度、
活化时间、水蒸气通量对活性炭性能的影响,最终确定活化温度为 850℃,活化时间 ,
水蒸气通量为 /(h﹒kg 料)。在此条件下所制得的活性炭的碘吸附值达 mg/g,
亚甲基蓝吸附值为 ,活性炭得率为 %。

Abstract: The thermogravimetric analysis of the furfural residues was done at the atmosphere of
N2 at first in this paper. Then the suitable carbonization conditions were fixed by the weightless
curve. Namely carbonization temperature was 450℃and the carbonization time was 1h. The
composition and the content of the pyrolysis gases were analyzed at different temperatures. The
content of H2, CO, CH4 were all increased with the temperature increasing. Subsequently, the
effect of activation temperature, activation time and the water flux to the performance of activated
carbon were investigated. So the activation conditions were determined as follows, the activation
