摘要:神经肽是一类主要存在于神经组织并参与神经系统功能的内源性活性物质。昆虫的神
经系统含有多种不同的神经肽,这些神经肽对昆虫的生长、发育、生殖、动态平衡等生理过
程起重要的调节作用。本文主要介绍一个在昆虫中表达位置非常广泛的神经肽 sNPF。从
sNPF 调控取食生长、渗透和代谢、活动、记忆、睡眠、激素释放、嗅觉等方面了解 sNPF
功能的研究进展。这将为我们了解昆虫神经肽的功能并利用它们对害虫进行防治提供更多途
径。

Abstract: Neuropeptides are a mainly class of endogenous substances present in the nerve tissue
and nervous system. Insect's nervous system contains a variety of different neuropeptides. These
neuropeptides plays an important role in insect growth, development, reproduction, homeostasis
and other physiological processes. In this paper, we describe a neuropeptide that expressed in very
broad positions in insect - sNPF. It regulates feeding and growth, ration and metabolism,
activity, memory, sleep, hormone release, olfactory, etc. This will give us to understand the
function of insect neuropeptides and use them to provide for more ways to prevent pest.
