摘要:本文研究了 PEO 高分子与 SiO2 纳米颗粒对水/二甲苯体系 Pickering 乳液的协同稳定
机理. 实验发现, PEO 的存在减小了乳液液滴的平均直径, 抑制了乳液的相反转, 有效阻止
了乳液的熟化, 使得乳液具有更好的稳定性. 进一步对纳米颗粒膜的流变性质进行研究, 结
果表明, PEO 高分子促进了纳米颗粒形成更大尺寸的聚集结构, 从而提高了其在界面上的吸
附性, 这就赋予颗粒膜更强的力学性能, 从而 Gibbs 稳定性判据得到满足. 我们的研究揭示,
液/液界面的流变性质对 Pickering 乳液的稳定性起着重要作用。

Abstract: We have prepared gel-like Pickering emulsions with 65 vol.% water and 35% vol.%
xylene system stabilized by H30 silica nanoparticles or by both the particles and PEO additives.
The emulsification was performed using a rotor-stator homogenizer under varied rotation speed
from 5000 rpm to 24000 rpm. The emulsion droplets were observed using an optical microscope,
