摘要:基于可逆加成断裂链转移自由基聚合(RAFT)技术,采用乳液模板法制备一系列聚苯
乙烯多孔片状薄膜。选取不同的共聚单体体系,探索制膜方式以及实验基材选择的不同对产
品宏观形态的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)对膜微观结构进行表征,并研究不同的单体体系
对多孔聚合物材料表面性能的影响。实验结果表明:在油包水 W/O 体系中,采用疏水性玻
璃以及聚四氟乙烯板(PTFE)作为实验基材利于制备完整的开孔型聚合物薄膜;单体疏水
性越强,薄膜表面越易于呈现完全开孔的形态。

Synthesis of Porous Polymer Lamella Membrane via
Emulsion Template Method

Abstract: In this paper a series of polystyrene porous lamella membranes were prepared using
emulsion template method based on the reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer radical
polymerization (RAFT). We chosed onomers to study the influence of preparation
procedures and based material on the macrostructure of product. The resulting microstructure of
lamella membrane was characterized by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and influencing
factors were also investigated. The results showed that hydrophobic glass and
polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) based material were applicable to prepare intact open-cellular
polymer membrane; with an increase in the hydrophobicity of monomer, the open-cellular
structure was much easier to achiev
