摘要:本文对太赫兹波在沙尘中的衰减特性进行了研究,根据 Mie 散射理论研究了太赫兹
波在沙尘中的单次散射特性,计算了不同尺寸参数对单次散射散射效率因子的影响和不同散
射角下的散射相函数值;利用 Monte Carlo 方法对太赫兹波在沙尘中的多次散射特性进行了
模拟计算,分析了不同能见度和不同沙尘类型对太赫兹波的能量损耗的影响。相关研究结果
对太赫兹技术在大气空间中的应用具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: The attenuation characteristics of terahertz wave in sand-dust are analyzed in this paper.
With Mie scattering theory, the single scattering properties of terahertz wave is studied, and the
scattering efficiency factor at different dimension parameters as well as the value of scattering
phase functions under different scattering angles are calculated. The multiple scattering of
terahertz wave in sand-dust condition is simulated with Monte Carlo method and the energy loss
of terahertz wave in different visibility and different dust type is discussed. The research results
are of great guiding significance in terahertz space applications.

0. 引言
太赫兹波指的是频率范围在 到 10THz 的电磁波,太
