摘要:采用高温固相反应合成了白光 LED 用荧光粉 Ba9Sc2Si6O24:Eu2+,Mn2+,并对其结构和
发光性能进行了系统研究。激发光谱,荧光寿命和低温光谱测量表明 Eu2+对 Mn2+存在能量
传递。该荧光粉在紫外光激发下,发射出 Eu2+的~460 nm 蓝光和~512 nm 绿光及 Mn2+的~615
nm 红光,通过成分调控可实现白光;因此,是一种新型的单一基质的白光用荧光粉。

Abstract: Single-phased white light emitting phosphors Ba9Sc2Si6O24:Eu2+,Mn2+ have been
essfully prepared by solid-state reaction and the structure and luminescence of them were
analyzed. The excitation spectra, luminescent lifetime and low temperature spectra demonstrate
the energy transfer from the Eu2+ to the Mn2+. Under ultraviolet light excitation, Eu2+ emits blue
light (~460 nm) and green light (~512 nm), Mn2+ emits red light (~615 nm), and it could obtained
white light by tuning the concentration of Mn2+. Those results suggest that
Ba9Sc2Si6O24:Eu2+,Mn2+ can be a promising ponent phosphor for white emitting
pc-LEDs.
