摘要:目的 l4 致大鼠急性肝损伤模型大鼠血浆内源性代谢物变化特点和二至丸对异
常代谢的调节作用,寻找二至丸治疗急性肝损伤可能的代谢生物标志物,以探索二至丸治疗
肝损伤的作用机制。方法运用快速分离液相色谱- 串联四极杆飞行时间质谱
(RRLC-Q-TOF/MS)技术,对大鼠血浆中内源性代谢物进行测定。结果定性鉴定出 9 种
潜在代谢生物标志物,通过独特通路分析(IPA),找到 2 条肝损伤代谢通路。结论二至
丸可以使造模后大鼠的体内代谢物含量有不同程度的恢复,提示其治疗作用可能与 2 条肝损
伤代谢通路的调节有关。独特通路分析能有效的识别药物靶标,这有助于进一步了解药物作
用机制,提高研究效率。

Abstract: AIM Plasma metabonomics study of Erzhi Pills on acute hepatic injury induced l4
in Rats. To observe plasma metabolic changes of acute hepatic injury induced l4 in rat and
the regulating action of Erzhi Pills (EZW) on abnormal metabolism, and to find the potential
biomarkers. To explore mechanisms of Erzhi Pills in treatment of acute hepatic injury induced by
CCl4. METHODS Endogenous metabolites in plasma were determined with RRLC-Q-TOF/MS.
RESULTS Nine potential metabolic biomarkers were identified qualitatively. Two metabolic
pathways were identified using ingenuity pathway analysis (IPA). CONCLUSION Changed
metabolites can be certainly recovered by Erzhi Pills, and the treatment effect of Erzhi
