摘要:以聚芳醚腈、接枝腈基的多壁碳纳米管为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,
应用静电纺丝技术制备了聚芳醚腈(PEN)/接枝腈基碳纳米管()纳米复合纤维,
研究了纺丝电压、接收距离、纺丝液浓度等参数对纤维形貌的影响,并将该复合纤维制备成
无纺布薄膜,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了纤维的微观形貌,用高级旋转流变仪测试了
纺丝溶液的流变性能。结果表明,在纺丝电压 40kV、接收距离 12cm、PEN 浓度 15 wt%和
含量 1wt%的工艺条件下,纤维的微观形貌最佳。其中,纺丝液浓度是影响
PEN/ 纳米复合纤维直径大小的关键因素,可通过调整溶液的浓度及黏度来控制
所制备的纳米纤维直径。

Abstract: Polyarylene ether nitriles (PEN)/multi-walled nanotubes groups
() posite Fibers were essfully prepared by electrospinning. The effects
of applied electric voltage, polymer concentration, vertical distance and content on
the morphology of posite fiberswere were investigated. The uniform nanofibers were
