摘要:目的:探讨粉碎后的中药材放置时间对电子鼻评价中药材气味的影响。方法:选择不
同产地,不同批次的生、炒枳实共计 12 批,比较放置时间对电子鼻区分辨识能力的影响,
并比较电子鼻对放置不同时间的 26 种药材的气味识别聚类能力。结果:中药材粉碎后立即
进行电子鼻检测,气味变化大,重现性差,放置 7 天后进行电子鼻测定,结果稳定性和重复
性均好,但放置超过 7 天后,测定区分度差。结论:中药材粉碎后的放置时间影响电子鼻的
测定结果,进行样品测定前应对放置时间进行方法学的建立。

Abstract: [Objective] pare the different effects of the storage time after crushing on odor
evaluation of electronic nose in traditional Chinese medicine. [Methods] Choosing a total of 12
batches about different producing regions, different batches of raw or roasted aurantii frutus
immaturus, the influences of different storage times after crushing on the electronic nose detection
pared. And the effect of the storage time after crushing on recognition clustering ability
of electronic nose was also investigated on 26 kinds of traditional herbs. [Result] The results of
detection of electronic nose on Chinese herbal medicine pieces immediately after crushing were
poor reproducibility and the herbs smells changed greatly. The stability and repeatability were
good after placing 7 days, but the discrimination of the small differentiation was bed by putting
more than 7 days. [Conclusion] The storage time after crushing of Chinese herbal
