摘要:以整体叶盘磨抛机床的进给伺服系统为研究对象,建立了进给伺服系统的线性化数学
模型,并基于 MATLAB 软件对控制系进行了仿真分析。同时建立了机床的虚拟样机模型,
利用 ADAMS/Controls 模块,将机械系统和控制系统相结合,实现了机电一体化系统的联合
仿真。仿真结果表明:系统仿真输出响应时间短、无超调,具有良好的轨迹跟踪特性,进而
验证了所建立的数学模型的有效性,为机床进给伺服系统的设计和调试提供了依据。

Modeling and simulation of the feed servo system of blisk
grinding and polishing machine tool

Abstract: The mathematical model for the feed servo system of blisk grinding and polishing
machine tool was established by using the linearization method. The control system was modeled
and simulated by MATLAB. The virtual prototype model of the machine tool was also developed.
The mechanical system and control system were united by using the ADAMS/Controls module,
which realizes the mechatronics system united simulation . According to the simulation results, the
time of output response of the system is not only short and non-overshoot, but also with good
performance of trajectory tracking, and the effectiveness of the mathematical model has been
testified by the simulation analysis, which offers a foundation for designing and debugging the
feed servo system of machine tool.
