摘要:采用 LCpro+便携式光合作用系统研究了防风叶片净光合速率日变化及其与环境因子
的相互关系。结果表明:防风净光合速率日变化呈明显的双峰曲线,峰值出现在 8:00 和 16:00,
分别为 和 µmol/(m2· s),具有明显的光合“午休”现象,防风净光合速率中午
降低为非气孔限制;蒸腾速率日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在 14:00,为 /(m2· s),
气孔导度与水分利用效率日变化呈双峰曲线,峰值出现在 10:00 和 14:00;环境因子中对防
风净光合速率直接作用由大到小为 Ta>Tl>RH>PAR>Ca,防风 Pn 与 PAR、RH 呈显著正
相关,与 Ca、Ta、TL 呈负相关,高温是影响白城防风净光合速率的主要环境因子。

Abstract: In this paper, photosynthesis of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. and its
relations to environmental factors were measured by using LCpro+ portable photosynthesis
system in Baicheng, Jilin Province. The results showed that the diurnal changes in Pn of the
species could be expressed as two-hump curves, reflecting a significant middy depression at noon,
and the maximum values that appeared at 8:00 and 16:00 were and µmol/(m2·s),
respectively. The decrease in Pn during midday was mainly resulted from non-stomatal limitation.
the diurnal variation of transpiration rate was single peak curve, and the maximum value that
appeared at 14:00 was
