synthesized by an electrochemical method was fabricated and applied for H2O2 determination. The
catalysis of the modified electrode for the reduction of H2O2 was investigated by cyclic voltammetry.
The reduction peak current of cyclic voltammogram was linearly related to H2O2 concentration in the
range from to 6 mM with a sensitivity of 293 μA·mM-1·cm-2 and a correlation coefficient of
. In addition, the current response of the modified electrode to the interfering substances alanine,
NMDA, AA and UA were %, –%, –% and –% comparing with that to H2O2, respectively.
All the above results displayed that the modified electrode was promising for the development of a
nonenzymatic H2O2 sensor. Thus, the study proved that the decoration of Ag dendrites at the
BMIMPF6–posite film is able to open up new opportunities for the design of enzymatic
biosensors.
