日粮中添加牛磺酸对不同饲养方式蛋鸡血
液及肝脏功能的影响

摘要:选择生长发育正常的绿壳蛋鸡 15000 只,随机分成笼养高密度组、笼养低密度组和散
养组,每组又分为对照组和实验组,2500 只/组。对照组饲喂正常日粮,实验组饲喂添加了
%的牛磺酸的日粮,试验期间自由饮水。在试验期第 90 天,每组随机选取 10 只采集血
液和肝脏,进行肝脏形态和相关生化指标检测。形态学检测显示,和散养蛋鸡相比,笼养蛋
鸡肝脏局部出现了一些进行性的蜕变,%牛磺酸饲喂能缓解这些变化,与 ALT、AST 活
性检测结果相符。与散养组相比,笼养组组织炎症介质水平较高;与笼养高密度组相比,笼
养低密度组组织炎症介质水平较低;日粮中添加牛磺酸可以降低肝脏炎症介质水平。检测血
清脂质代谢水平,与散养组相比,笼养组血清 TG、TC 和 LDL-C 含量较高,HDL-C 含量较
低;与笼养高密度组相比,笼养低密度组血清 TG、TC 和 LDL-C 含量较低,HDL-C 含量较
高;日粮中添加牛磺酸可以降低血清中 TG、TC 和 LDL-C 含量,提高 HDL-C 含量。血清
和肝脏组织氧化和抗氧化水平与饲养方式和牛磺酸也密切相关,与散养组相比,笼养组血清
和肝脏组织中 MDA 含量较高,SOD 和 T-AOC 活性较低;与笼养高密度相比,笼养低密度
组血清和肝脏组织中 MDA 含量较低,SOD 和 T-AOC 活性较高;日粮中添加牛磺酸可以降
低血清和肝脏组织中 MDA 含量,提高 SOD 和 T-AOC 活性。研究结果说明散养、降低饲养
密度和日粮中添加牛磺酸可以提高肝脏组织抗氧化水平,调控机体的代谢,改善饲养应激造
成的肝脏组织损伤。进而提高蛋鸡的健康水平。

The influence of dietary taurine on serum and hepatic
functions in laying hens of different rearing modes

Abstract: In this study, 15000 green-shell laying hens were randomly assigned into a free range group,
and 2 caged groups with low-density and high-density housing. Each group was further divided into the
control (C) and taurine treatment (T) groups. All the test subjects were fed the same basic diet except
that the T groups were supplemented with % taurine. After 90 days, serum, livers were aseptically
collected. Histologic observation showed the changes were obviously in high-density group; most
hepatic structures were near normal; no histomorphological abnormality was found in free range group;
dietary with % taurine can protect hepatic structures. The activities of ALT and AST in caged
groups were higher than free range group; parison C groups, the activities of ALT and AST were
