摘要:本文以海藻酸钠(SA)为纺丝液,氯化钙溶液为凝固浴,分别考察了凝固浴温度,
凝固浴浓度和牵伸比对海藻纤维形貌和力学性能的影响,同时表征了纤维的结构和热稳定
性。结果表明,当凝固浴浓度为 %,凝固浴温度为 30℃,牵伸比为 时,海藻纤维的
拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均达到最大值,分别为 ±0./tex 和 ±%。红外谱图和
热失重曲线均证实在海藻纤维内存在 Ca2+,且与海藻酸结合形成蛋壳结构。此外,随着牵伸
比的增加,海藻纤维的结晶性逐步提高,当牵伸比 r=2 时,结晶指数最大,为 %。与
此同时,海藻纤维的拉伸强度逐步提高,而断裂伸长率则呈现先增加后逐步减小的趋势。

Abstract: With sodium alginate (SA) as spinning dope, calcium chloride solution as coagulation bath,
to investigate the influence of calcium chloride solution temperature, calcium chloride solution
concentration and draft ratios on the morphologies and mechanical properties of alginate fibers in this
paper. Besides, the structure and thermal stabilities of alginate fibers were characterized at the same
time. The results showed that, when the coagulation bath concentration was %, the coagulation bath
