摘要:目的:通过 BTE PRIMUS 模拟仿真训练系统对排球运动员挥臂动作进行训练,探究
上肢肌力和动作速度关系以及技术动作准确性的影响。方法:将 12 名排球专项运动员随机
分为实验组和对照组,分别进行 BTE PRIMUS 训练系统和传统肌力训练方案的 8 周训练,
并在训练前后应用 BTE PRIMUS 诊断系统对两组受试者进行挥臂动作中上肢肌力和速度的
诊断。结果:经过 8 周训练,两组受试者等长肌力测试都比训练前有显著提高(P<),
而实验组比对照组肌力增加更为明显(P<);实验组在 25%负荷下、%负荷下的挥
臂速度组内比较具有非常显著性差异(P<),对照组组 %负荷下的挥臂速度组内
比较有显著性差异(P<);实验组与对照组在肌力增强方面有显著性差异,而挥臂速
度有增强趋势但无显著性差异。结论:应用 BTE PRIMUS 模拟仿真训练系统的训练较传统
训练更有利于提高排球运动员挥臂时的肌肉力量与速度,从而提升扣球挥臂准确性。

Analysis on the Characteristics of BTE Training System for
Upper Extremity Strength Influence of Volleyball Athletes

Abstract: Objective: Trained by BTE PRIMUS for the volleyball players arm action, and study on
influence of upper extremity strength and movement speed and movement accuracy. Method: 12
volleyball athletes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and
respectively carried out the 8 weeks of training according to BTE PRIMUS training and traditional
strength training scheme. It is with the BTE PRIMUS system that make the diagnosis of upper
extremity strength and speed of swing arm action before and after the training. Result: After 8
weeks of tra
