摘要:超声微泡造影剂(Ultrasound contrast agents, UCAs)应用于超声成像已有将近五十年的
历史。随着科技进步和医学影像学的发展,人们发现 UCA 除了能够增强显影,更可作为一
种具有生物屏障穿透性的基因及药物递送载体,在疾病的诊断与治疗两个方面同时发挥优
势。根据近年来国内外学者在超声医学领域的探索,本文阐述了 UCA 的研究进展,并就其
在疾病诊疗、临床应用方面的发展前景及挑战进行了探讨。

Abstract: The application of ultrasound contrast agents (UCAs) in ultrasound imaging started out
about fifty years ago. With the development of technology and medical imaging, we realize that,
besides enhancing imaging, UCA could be applied as ideal carriers in both gene and drug delivery.
Based on the latest investigations throughout the world, this paper reviews the current
developments and the clinical applications of UCA, as well as the prospects and challenges in the
diagnose and treatment of diseases.

0 引言
超声微泡造影剂(Ultrasound contrast agents, UCAs)的实质是一类内含气体的微球,可通
过改变组织的超声特性,提高疾病诊断的灵敏度及特异性。应用 UCA 进行的超声成像是临
床超声诊断方法中不可或缺的一部分[1]。作为其中应用最为广泛的一项技术,超声成像具有

安全、高效、无创、简便、成本低等优点,在疾病诊断与治疗中展现出巨大的潜力与应用价
值。
