摘要:***是我国电网投资和经营的主体,在我国国民经济和国家能源安全中起着
不可忽视的作用。而省级电网公司下属设有多个子公司,如何根据子公司的运营现状与发展
要求确定各子公司的项目投资策略有助于电网企业的全面健康发展,对国家电网企业的未来
发展具有重要的现实意义。本文就是根据电网运营指标,建立项目投资决策的多目标模型,
通过对下属公司的运营情况进行分析,采用变权理论确定各个指标的权重,进而将多目标函
数转化为一个目标的函数,求出电网企业的最优项目投资组合。该模型对于企业根据自身情
况确定项目投资策略具有科学的指导意义。

Abstract: State Grid Corporation is the main body of China's power grid investment and operation,
and it plays an essential role in our national economy and national energy security. There are
multiple subsidiaries under the provincial power pany, and how to determine the
