摘要:针对曲率半径小、曲度大的顶管工程施工,相对的测量难度较大,传统的一站式测量
以及激光导向测量已经无法满足施工要求,因而本文开发了先进的顶管施工自动引导系统。
以福州市建新-先农 220kv 输电线路三曲线顶管工程为例,通过优化算法和实际顶管工程问
题分析,解决了顶管自动导向系统在该类复杂曲线中的自动导向问题,并阐述了自动导向的
方法,进行了精度分析,表明了该系统在顶管工程中的优越性和可靠性,最后通过应用该自
动导向系统解决了实际顶管导向测量工作中的难题,确保了顶管的精确贯通。

The application of automatic guidance pipe-jacking system

Abstract: For a small curvature-radius and a large curvature pipe-jacking construction, the relative
measurement is difficult, as well as the traditional one-step measurements and laser-guided
measurement has been unable to meet the construction requirements, therefore, this paper develops an
advanced automatic guidance pipe-jacking system. Take jianxian-xinnong, Fuzhou city 220kv
transmission line’s three curved pipe-jacking engineering for example, by means of optimization
algorithm and actual pipe-jacking project analysis, this paper solves the automatic guidance problems
of automatic guidance pipe-jacking system in such works. At the same time, it elaborates methods of
automatic guidance and analyze accuracy of pipe-jacking guide, thus indicate the superiority and
reliability of this
