摘要:渤海是我国最大的内海,每年冬季都发生不同程度的冰情。该海域中的辽东湾是我国最北部的结冰区,是渤海海冰的发源地。在该海湾冰区石油平台油船外输作业中,由于流冰连续不断地漂移、聚集形成堆积冰,给冰区中的油船外输作业安全带来严重危害。D技术,在冰区石油平台上,现场采用远程图像传输监测技术系统,进行海冰图像数值化处理,得到流冰类型、流冰密集度、流冰速度、方向等要素。同时现场实时计算出海冰漂流场矢量图,并开展了海冰数值跟踪预报,在冰区油船外输作业中得到很好应用。为CCD技术在海洋监测预报技术和环境工程的应用提供科学依据。

Abstract: Bohai Sea is one of the biggest inland sea in our country, the ice conditions greatly change every winter. Liaodong gulf is the furthest upper icing zone, it is the cradle of the Bohai Sea ice. In this gulf ice area oil tanker, for drift ice constantly excursion, e into being pileup ice, bring severity endanger to oil tankers in ice area. In this article, D technology sea ice monitoring system which is first introduced to the monitoring of the type of sea ice, the congregate degree of sea ice, the trajectory of the drifting ice and the velocity and direction of sea ice drafting is reported, adopt long distance image transfers monitoring technique system. The vector diagram of sea ice drifting field can also be calculated by this real time and in-situ radar monitoring. Sea ice trajectory digital forecasting is also performed in this monitoring meanwhile. It has shown that the in-situ and real-D technology sea ice monitoring is very helpful and useful to the safety of oil platform and oil tankers in Liaodong gulf in winter season.
