现行体制下我国竞技体育资源投入与收益分析研究

在现阶段我国竞技体育“举国体制”下,资源问题直接影响到中国竞技体育的可
持续发展。对此,如何做到资源的有效调控成为了我国竞技体育必须要研究的重要议
题,在新的历史时期,审视现行体制下我国竞技体育资源的投入,客观评价现行体制
下竞技体育资源的收益,有助于我们发现其内在的发展规律,探索正确的发展道路。
本文主要以我国竞技体育资源为研究对象,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家
访谈法、问卷调查法、实证研究法、数理统计法等方法,系统地对我国竞技体育资源
投入进行研究,并对我国竞技体育资源投入收益的相关指标、特点、内涵、利用效益、
评价结果进行分析,为提高我国竞技体育资源的利用率提供科学、合理的建议,最后
得出了以下结论:
1、举国体制在相当长一段时间内仍然是发展我国竞技体育的有效手段,是保证我国
竞技体育可持续发展和迅速提高运动水平的有力保障。
2、大力投入各项体育资源是我国竞技体育取得的巨大成绩的主要因素。
3、现阶段,我国竞技体育资源资源开发、优化、整合力度还不够。
4、目前,我还不是很高,投入与收益比例偏低。
5、竞技体育资源投入运行机制还不够完善,缺乏竞技体育体制的创新。

Abstract
At present , under "the whole nation system" of our country, resource issues directly
affects the sustainable development petitive sports in China. To this, how to
plish resource effective control ing the important issues of China's
competitive sports must study, in the new historical period, examining the existing system
resource investment petitive sport in China, evaluating petitive sports
resources objectively under the present system of earnings, helping us find its internal
regular development, exploring the correct path of development.
This article mainly take our country athletics sports resources as the object of study,
using the research approach of literature review, logic analysis and expert interviewing,
questionnaire survey method, empirical research, mathematical statistics method, studying
systemic the resource input petitive sport in China , and analyzing sports resources
into e related indicators, characteristics, connotation, utilization efficiency, the
evaluation results to our country, in order to improve the utilization rate petitive
sport in China and provide scientific and reasonable suggestions, finally has drawn the
following conclusion:
