摘要
,入洗原煤来自东庞矿和邢东矿,入洗比例为60%:40%。设计要求精煤产品满足灰分Ad=(-)%,水分Mt<12%。
本设计先对煤质资料进行分析、校正、计算,确定原煤是否分组、分级入选。在此基础上选择两个可行的选煤工艺流程,并对其进行产品预测和技术、经济比较,确定最佳方案为两产品跳汰-两产品重介再选-浮选联合工艺流程。-50mm原煤进入跳汰,跳汰粗精煤进入重介, -。
依据选定方案进行介质、数质量流程计算,根据计算结果、进行设备选型。优先采用技术先进、高性能、高效率、低能耗的设备。工艺布置时做到生产流程通畅,设备布置紧凑,以便于安装、操作和检修。除此之外,本设计还对选煤厂的建筑结构、供电和电气、机修车间、铁路运输做了系统的设计。
工厂工作制度为每年生产330天,每天工作16小时,两班生产,一班检修。全厂各车间各生产环节采用了先进的自动化检测装置,实行全厂集中控制与就近操作相结合的方法。
该设计选煤厂的主要产品有精煤(灰分Ad=%,水分Mt=%)、中煤(灰分Ad=%,水分Mt=%)和矸石(灰分Ad=%,水分Mt=%)。

Abstract
This is an initial design of Xingtai coking coal preparation plant with the capability of Mt/a. Raw es from Dongpang Mine and Xingdong Mine, and parison of the two mines is 60%:40%. The ash content of the clear coal is designed between %-%, and the moisture is no more than 12%.
The coal data was firstly analysed, corrected and accounted. Subsequently, we determined whether the raw coal was grouped and graded. In view of the aforementioned analysis, two possible process of coal preparation were suggested, and the feasible plan was determined by product forecast parision in economy and technology. The optimal design is two-product-jig election, two-product-dense-medium and floatation. The raw coal below 50mm adopts two product jig to separate, the product of the coarse coal of the jigger enters into the dense medium, and the fine coal is dealt by floatation.
After the scheme was determined, the calcation about the medium and count was performed. Based on these results, the manufacturing facilities selection was carried out, and these equipments with advanced techniques, high property and efficiency, low energy consumption were employed. The workshop with good layout was equiped and it will be convenient to install、operate and overhaul. In addition, the project also includes proj
