摘要
初中思想品德课程教学评价是对思想品德课程教学活动及教学效果进行的价值判断。而教学评价效果是由教学评价主体来评析的。思想品德教学评价主体作为教学评价工作的组织者、实施者和控制者,对于整个教学评价起着非常重要的作用。思想品德教学评价主体由专家、同行、领导、教师、家长及学生构成,不同的评价主体由于受自身素质、能力、视角等主客观因素的影响,使评价结果不科学、不公正、不客观。因此,对思想品德教学评价主体展开全面及深入的研究,完善思想品德教学评价主体存在的缺陷和不足,使教学评价达到最优化状态显得十分重要。

Abstract
The junior middle school thought personal character curriculum teaching appraisal is the value judgment which carries on to the thought personal character curriculum teaching activity and the teaching effect. But the teaching appraisal effect is evaluates by the teaching appraisal main body. The thought personal character teaching appraisal main body took teaching appraisal work anizer, the executor and the master, appraises the extremely vital role regarding the entire teaching. The thought personal character teaching appraisal main body by the expert, the colleague, the leader, the teacher, the guardian and the student constitutes, the different appraisal main body as a result of own subjective and objective factor and so on the quality, ability, angle of view influences, causes the appraisal result science, not fairly, not to be objective. Therefore, prehensive and the thorough research to the thought personal character teaching appraisal main body, the perfect thought personal character teaching appraisal main body existence flaw and their sufficiency, enable the teaching appraisal to achieve the optimized condition appears extremely importantly.
