武汉市警察职业压力、应对方式与工作满意度之间的关系研究

摘要
我国的人民警察是武装性质的刑事司法和行政执法力量,担负着打击犯罪,保
护人民的重要职责。随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,现代犯罪出现许多新的特
点,使公安工作面临严峻的挑战;警务工作的突发性、危险性、应急性、高责任性
等特点,使得基层警察承受着比普通职业从业人员更多的心理压力。高压力常引起
基层警察长期处于生理心理应激反应之中,从而导致工作效率下降,错误率增加,
降低公安队伍的战斗力。因此,及时认识、了解并有效地疏缓基层警察的职业压力,
提高其工作满意度和工作效率,是一个紧迫需要解决的课题。
本研究采用问卷法,以 571 名武汉市公安局基层派出所民警为被试,使用警察
职业压力量表、简易应对方式量表和明尼苏达工作满意度量表问卷,探讨了武汉市
警察职业压力、应对方式与工作满意度之间的关系。
研究所得主要结论如下:
(1)武汉警察职业压力在警种上存在显著差异,窗口服务类民警、刑侦类民警
和治安类民警的职业压力高于社区类民警的职业压力,在对他人的责任感维度上存
在显著的性别差异,女性高于男性;
(2)在应对方式方面,性别、警种之间不存在显著差异;
(3)在工作满意度方面,不同警种之间存在显著差异,其中,刑侦类民警的外
在满意度和内在满意度均较高,男性警察的内在满意度和外在满意度均高于女性警
察;
(4)职业压力中“对他人的责任感”维度和工作满意度之间存在显著正相关;“角
色混淆”与消极应对之间存在显著负相关,“角色过载”与积极应对存在显著正相关;
(5)积极应对方式和工作的外部满意度、内部满意度之间均存在显著负相关;

Abstract
The policeman is the power of justice and executive law enforcement in china,and
they hold the duty to protect our people. Along with the society's development and
technology's progress, the modern crime presents many new characteristics, causes the
security work face with a rigorous primary policeman bear more mental pressures
than ordinary employee,because of the burstiness、risk and high responsibility about this
they often fall into the stress reaction of Physiological result
in work efficiency go down,bat power e we must look squarely at
this question.
This study adopt questionnaire method,571 primary policemen of Wuhan , use the
police occupational stress scale 、 the simple coping style scale and Minnesota job
satisfaction scale,to explorate the relationship between occupational stress、coping style
and job satisfaction of policeman in Wuhan.
The conclusion of this study as follows:
The occupational stress of Wuhan police exist significant difference in different type
police, the occupational stress of window service police、criminal police and order
