文档介绍：I华中科技大学硕士学位论文摘要“网络暴力”、“网络舆论暴力”和“网络语言暴力”是一组相互纠缠而含混的概念;本文立论点,即辨析文章的核心概念——“网络舆论暴力”。本文认为,目前涉及“暴力”一词的众多网络事件,基本上都属于“网络舆论暴力”,而非“网络暴力”或“网络语言暴力”。所谓“网络舆论暴力”,本质上是由传统意义上我们讨论的舆论非理性升级而来,是舆论非理性的极化。网络传播技术与“网络舆论暴力”之间存在千丝万缕的关系,探究两者间的复杂关系是本文研究的重点。文章认为,网络传播技术对“网络舆论暴力”的生成和扩散有重要影响。论文通过对比近年来出现的典型网络事件,搜寻网络舆论暴力中具体的技术痕迹,探讨网络传播技术如何为网络舆论暴力提供生成平台和扩散渠道,分析网络舆论从非理性扩张到舆论暴力过程中传播技术所起的作用。另一方面,网络传播技术对网络舆论暴力的影响是有限的。科技哲学中“技术中立学说”和“技术建构论”为该论点提供了重要的理论支持;这种有限性首先表现在技术本身有生命周期,在一个生命周期内,它起作用的峰值与舆论暴力中的峰值不相对应;其次,“舆论暴力”本身包含着理性和非理性的成分,并且有一个不断的自我修正过程,在这个自我修正过程中,技术只是众多影响因子之一,而且其影响也是间接的;第三,根据辩证法的观点,技术作为一把双刃剑,在促成舆论非理性极化的同时也可以遏制这种非理性。本文的落脚点是如何运用技术修正网络舆论暴力的非理性极化。文章以传播学、信息论为理论基础,讨论如何在信息传播由信源到信宿这个流程中将技术控制和技术引导相结合,有效规范网络舆论暴力。全文由明线和暗线两条线索穿插而成:所谓明线即讨论网络传播技术对网络舆论暴力影响的重要性和有限性,而暗线则是分析网络舆论如何由非理性极化转向理性发展。关键词: 网络舆论暴力网络传播技术舆论理性舆论非理性II华中科技大学硕士学位论文Abstract The definitions of “the violence of public opinion on ”、“network violence” and “verbal violence on ” are still confused. The standpoint of this thesis, is comprehending what is the core concept of “the violence of public opinion on ”. it is considered that most of work events which are attached labels on “violence” are the violence of public opinion on indeed, instead of “network violence” or “verbal violence on ”.and what is the inner essence or spirit of “the violence of public opinion on ”, is the overspreading of Irrational public opinion. Attention of this paper is concentrated on the relationship between “munication Technology” and “the violence of public opinion” on .
