摘要:本论文的主要工作是以环氧树脂为基体,FR-NP 膨胀型阻燃剂与组合粉组成混合填
料作为添加剂,对混合后的复合材料做真空除气泡处理,然后浇注成型,并对其力学性能以
及阻燃性能进行测试和实验分析。对不同填充材料和配比的复合材料的力学性能和阻燃性能
进行比较。最后对实验结果验证和分析填充物对复合材料的影响,实验设计出一种综合性能
优异的环保无卤化阻燃复合材料。

Abstract: In this paper,the main work is based on epoxy resin as matrix, compound of FR-NP
intumescent flame retardant posite powers as an additive, and air bubbles of the
composite material properties and flame-retardant properties and experimental ananlysis. The
pared the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the different filling
materials and ratios posite materials. Finally, the paper verified the experimental results and
analyzed prehensive performance environmentlly friendly non-halogenated flame retardant
composites.

近二十年来,世界上阻燃剂产量每年以 10-15%的速度递增,阻燃剂的使用和需求量也
逐年增加。目前全球阻燃剂总销费量已超过 100 万吨。美国﹑西欧和日本对阻燃剂的需求也
