摘要
当今世界已经进入知识经济时代,知识在经济增长中的作用受到了越来越大的重视。
作为重要的知识产生地和辐射源,高等院校通过人才培养、科技服务等形式对经济产生强
大的辐射效应,促进经济的增长。因此,高等院校对经济增长的作用也理所当然不可忽视。
近几年,河北省的高等教育得到了飞速发展,同时经济也保持了较快的增长速度。本文着
重研究了河北省高等院校知识辐射效应与区域经济增长的关系,可以为政府部门、高等教
育主管部门、高等院校制定规划决策提供参考,具有很重大的现实意义。
首先本文对相关研究文献进行了综述,总结出了本文的理论基础;接下来分别是河北
省高等院校知识辐射效应研究、河北省高等院校知识辐射效应产生效率分析—基于 DEA 方
法、河北省高等院校知识辐射效应的效果分析—高等教育对河北省经济增长贡献率的研
究,这是本文的实证主体;最后是本文在研究基础上提出的增强河北省高等院校知识辐射
效应的建议和本文的总结。

GROWTH OF HEBEI PROVINCE
ABSTRACT
Nowadays the world has ing into the times of economy based on knowledge,the
function of knowledge in economy growth is attaching more and more focus of every
a important place producing knowledge and the center of knowledge radiation,
colleges can create strong radiation effect to economy by talented person educating,science and
technology service,so as to promote economy growth,so the function of colleges in economy
growth is also attaching more and more focus reasonably. Recent years,the high education of
Hebei province has been developing rapidly,at the same time, the economy of Hebei province
has also been keeping a rapid development speed. This paper mainly research on the relationship
between the knowledge radiation effect of college in Hebei province and regional economy
growth,and it is helpful to the government,high education administration department and the
colleges. so this research makes important realistic sense.
