摘要:采用空气介质阻挡放电(ADBD)等离子体发生装置,用不同的工艺处理 UHMWPE
纤维,研究了纤维染色性能和强度。结果表明:随着处理时间或功率的增加,UHMWPE 纤
维的强度呈下降趋势,一般强度损失在 10%以内;染色性能得到改善,上染率得到提高,
实验的最佳工艺为 27S、80W。SEM 分析表明,处理后纤维表面出现刻蚀凹坑,粗糙度增加,
这使纤维的强度下降但增加了纤维的上染率和深色效应。

Study on the strength and dyeing properties of UHMWPE
fibers by ADBD plasma treatment

Abstract: UHMWPE fibers were treated with different processing parameters by air dielectric
barrier discharge (ADBD) plasma generating device, fibers' tensile strength and dyeing properties
were studied. It was found that the fibers' tensile strength gradually decreased with the increase of
the treated time or power, and the tensile strength loss was generally less than 10%; the fibers'
dye-uptake was improved and the better processing parameters were 27S, 80W. SEM analysis
showed that the surface of fibers appeared etching pits and roughness increased, which caused
fibers' tensile strength reduced and dyeing properties improved.
