摘要:为掌握黄土丘陵区退耕还林土壤碳库变化及固碳机制,本研究探讨了人工刺槐林 1m
深不同土层土壤总有机碳及其组分含量和分布的变化特征。结果表明:与坡耕地比较,退耕
种植刺槐林 13 年主要使 0~60cm 各土层土壤总有机碳含量增加了 ~ g/kg。不同碳组
分中仅粗自由颗粒有机碳在所有土层均有显著增加,并在 0~10cm 表层土增幅最高,达
g/kg;矿物结合有机碳主要在 0~60cm 各土层平均增加了 g/kg;细自由颗粒和物理保护
有机碳的提高仅来自 0~20cm 土层,增幅平均分别为 g/kg 和 g/kg。从有机碳分布看,
矿物颗粒有机碳在不同土层中比例最高,占到总有机碳的 ~%,而细自由颗粒有机
碳所占比例最小,仅为 ~% 。综上分析,粗自由颗粒有机碳对退耕还林较为敏感,
而矿物结合有机碳是黄绵土固碳的主要形式和机制。

Abstract: The study was carried out to understand the changes and sequestration mechanism of soil
carbon under conversion from cropland to forest in Loess Hilly Area. Change characteristics of content
and distribution in soil anic carbon and its fractions were investigated in different soil depth of
100cm under artificial Robinia land. After 13 years returning cropland, the content of anic
carbon was significantly increased by ~ g/kg in 0~60cm depth pared with cropland.
