摘要:自然界中众多材料的形态结构均呈现出梯度分布现象,从而使材料具有良好的力学性
能或能够完成复杂的生理功能。研究发现,PS/PP 共混纤维分散相呈现出类似竹材的梯度分
布形态。受天然梯度材料高性能的启示,在前期研究的基础上,本文重点研究 PS/PP 共混融
纺梯度结构纤维的制备,确定最优纺丝工艺:组成比 8wt%,纺丝温度 220℃,泵供量 15r/min,

纺丝速度设为 125、250、375、500、750 和 1000m/min,并收集挤出丝和重力丝;同时初步
研究了粘度比和纺丝速度对梯度结构的影响。研究发现 PS/PP 共混熔纺梯度结构纤维是在共
混熔融纺丝加工过程中形成的,并且发现分散相梯度化程度随着纺丝速度的提高、粘度比的
增大而增大。

Abstract: In nature, the morphology and structures of most materials show gradient distribution, which
makes them with excellent mechanical property or be capable of performing intricate physiological
function. It was found that, the distribution of dispersed phase in PS PP/fiber present gradient
distribution similar with bamboo. Inspired by the natural materials of their excellent performance, this
paper focuses on the preparation of gradient-structure fibers by melt spinning, and sets up the optimal
spinning condition: blend ratio is 8wt% , spinning temperature is 220 ℃, the pump rotate speed is 15
r/min, spinning speed is 125, 250, 375, 500, 750 and 1000 m/min, and collecting extrusion fibers and
gravity fibers; at the same time, we study the influence of viscosity ratio and the spinning speed on
gradient structure. We found that PS/PP gradient-structure fibers are formed in blending melting
spinning process, and the gradient degree of dispersed phase increases with the improvement of the
spinning speed and viscosity ratio.
