摘要:采用常压介质阻挡放电产生的冷等离子体对杨木单板进行改性处理,研究处理功率、
处理速率和处理次数对杨木单板胶合特性的影响,结果表明:常压冷等离子体处理能显著地
改善杨木单板的胶合特性。经不同条件常压冷等离子体处理后,杨木胶合板的胶合强度提高
幅度为 10%~40%。较优的处理条件为:处理功率 ,处理速率 14m/min,处理次数:1
次。

Abstract: The improvement bondability of Poplar veneers by atmospheric pressure dielectric
barrier discharge (DBD) treatment was investigated in this paper. The effect of processing power,
treatment rate and treatment times on the bonding strength of plywood were evaluated. The results
show that the treatment can improve the veneer bonding strength remarkably. The improved rate
of bonding strength ranges 10%~40%. Optimized processing conditions are as following:
