摘要:本论文主要研究了复合结构的 NiO
在有胶体晶体模板的氧化铟锡玻璃基板上制备氧化锌纳米网。以氧化锌纳米网或三维胶体晶
体及为模板,运用模板法和电沉淀法制备不同复合结构的镍纳米网,我们分别表征了以胶体
晶体,ZnO 纳米网为模板制备 Ni 纳米网,证实了不同的三维网状结构形成和成分。使用
的 KOH 溶液中研究所制备的氧化镍纳米网的赝电容特性,通过循环伏安法测试得
到它的比电容量为

Preparation and electrochemistry property of NiO
nanomeshes

Abstract: Cathodic electrochemical deposition method was introduced for the preparationof ZnO or
NiO structures on ITO glass. Via using 3D colloidal crystal templates, two-dimensionally ordered
microporous ZnO nanosheet were fabricated. Several methods were employed to test its
electrochemical properties including scanning electron microscopy and cyclic
-dimensionally (2D) ordered microporous Ni nanosheet was prepared by Nickel
plating bath via using microporous ZnO nanosheet or polymer colloidal crystal as
microstructures of such posites were characterized by SEM. Electrochemical properties
studies were carried out using cyclic votalmmetry with the aids of KOH solution. The
capacitance of 2D NiO nanomeshes arrays was about .
