消极身体意象大学生注意偏向的研究

摘要
大量的研究已经证明消极身体意象者存在对特定信息的注意偏向,但对注意偏向的
解释仅停留在注意警惕的阶段,注意偏向还存在其他的成分,注意解除困难,注意回避,
注意偏向的本质究竟是哪种成分,本研究通过三个实验来考察。
点探测实验范式提供的实验情景比较简单,在竞争性的环境中考察消极身体意象者
对目标信息的注意偏向,其结果能够考察注意偏向的一种成分,线索—靶子任务实验范
式分为线索有效和线索无效条件,在考察点探测实验结果的基础上,能够进一步考察注
意偏向的其他成分,视觉搜索任务创设的实验情景较为复杂,需要占用更多的心理认知
资源,能够引起消极身体意象者注意认知的深层加工,其结果能再次考察注意偏向其他
成分的存在,通过三个不同但逐步深入注意偏向本质的实验,得出的结论如下:
在点探测实验范式下,消极身体意象者相对于积极身体意象者和中性信息,存在对
积极身体意象描述词和低脂食物词的注意警惕。
在线索—靶子实验范式下,消极身体意象者相对于积极身体意象者和中性信息,线
索无效条件下,存在对积极身体意象描述词和低脂食物词的注意解除困难,线索有效条
件下,存在对积极身体意象描述词和低脂食物词的注意警惕。
在视觉搜索任务范式下,消极身体意象者相对于积极身体意象者和中性信息,存在
对积极身体意象描述词和低脂食物词的注意警惕和注意解除困难。

ABSTRACT
A large number of studies have shown that the presence of negative body image were attention bias
specific information, but the interpretation of attention bias only remain in the stage of attention speeded
detection, attention bias, there are other ingredients, attention to relieve difficulties, attention to avoidance,
the nature of attention bias What is the kind position, this study investigated through three
experiments.
Dot probe task provides the experimental paradigm is relatively simple scenario, petitive
environment in the study were negative body image, the attention of the target information bias, the result
can be ponent of attention bias study, cue-target paradigm into an effective paradigm and invalid cue
conditions, dot probe task in the study based on experimental results, to further examine the other
components of attention bias, the creation of odd-one-out is plicated experimental situations, the
psychological need to use more cognitive resources, can lead to negative body image are Note that the deep
