河南省排球竞技运动发展历程的回顾与反思

摘要
排球运动在我国有着辉煌的历史,并对国人起着不可替代的激励作用。河南排球运
动至今已有近百年的历史,从理论上讲,河南省排球竞技运动应该发展的较好,但现实
中,其发展情况不容乐观。河南省排球竞技运动一路走来,起起伏伏,问题重重。本课
题通过深层剖析河南省排球竞技运动的发展历程,诠释河南省排球竞技运动的历史,从
中寻找经验与教训,有助于推动河南省排球竞技运动的健康发展,并结合河南省排球竞
技运动的现状,为河南省排球竞技运动今后健康快速的发展提供新思路,为解决河南省
排球竞技运动发展障碍提供了新方法,使河南省排球竞技运动尽快赶上我和发展节奏,为我国的排球事业做出应有的贡献。
为了揭开影响河南省排球竞技运动发展的原因之谜,本研究综合运用文献资料、专
家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法,以河南省排球竞技运动几十年的发展
历程作为研究对象,结合当时所处背景下国家经济、文化情况等大环境进行综合的研究
分析。
研究结果为:
:河南排球运动的起源—20 世纪 20 至
40 年代;河南省排球竞技运动的初始时期—20 世纪 50 至 60 年代中期;河南省排球竞
技运动发展的高峰时期—文化大革命后期至 20 世纪 90 年代中期;河南省排球竞技运动
由下坡路向上攀爬—20 世纪 90 年代后期至今。
:教练员爱岗敬业,运动员勤奋刻苦;完善的排球传统项目学校法
规、制度和多所体育运动学校的建立;借鉴经验,扩宽视野,走出国门,对外交流;四
级训练网和一条龙的训练体系的实施;不断开展教练员培训,提高教练员的业务水平。
:各级领导的重视和支持程度不够;
竞技排球后备力量薄弱,后备人才来源不足;资金投入欠缺;排球运动的社会化和职业
化程度不高;教练员整体素质有待提高;竞赛体制需要进一步完善;河南省排球竞技运
动管理体制有待改善,各管理部门权责不清。

ABSTRACT
Volleyball has a glorious history in China and plays an irreplaceable part in motivating the Chinese.
Up to now, volleyball in Henan already has a history of nearly one hundred years. In theory, athletics
volleyball in Henan should have been better developed. However, in reality its development situation is
unpromising. Coming along the way, athletics volleyball in Henan has its ups and downs and a host of
problems. This project through deep analysis of development process of athletics volleyball in Henan,
explains history of athletics volleyball in Henan and looks for experiences and lessons from it. This
contributes to healthy development of athletics volleyball in Henan, and provides healthy and rapid
development of athletics volleyball in Henan in future with new thought according to current status of
athletics volleyball in Henan, and provides athletics volleyball in Henan with new method of clearing away
development obstacles, making athletics volleyball in Henan
