缓解南昌市交通拥挤现状的对策与措施研究
摘要
随着南昌市社会、经济的发展以及城市化进程的不断深化,南昌市机动车保
有量及居民出行需求快速增加,在目前的道路基础设施水平上使得南昌市城区道
路交通拥挤问题日益突出。这一普遍的“城市病”问题无疑制约了南昌市经济与
社会的快速、高质的发展,如何缓解南昌市城区道路交通拥挤问题及交通效率成
为亟待解决的问题。
文章从宏观层面分析了南昌市当前道路交通存在的主要问题,首先从路网结
构和路网容量着手,提出了符合南昌市当前及未来一段时期内合理的路网容量及
构成。然后依据南昌市交通调查数据,提出了基于可持续发展的综合运输效率优
化模型,并依据模型优化结果分析了南昌市当前的交通方式结构问题,在此基础
上提出了相关的优化解决方案。再这两方面的基础上,最终针对性地提出了缓解
南昌市交通拥挤的问题的措施。

Abstract
RESEARCH INTO THE CONTERMEASURES AND
MEASURES TO ALLEVIATING THE TRAFFIC
CONGESTION OF NANCHANG CITY
ABSTRACT
Urban traffic congestion of Nanchang City has been worsening under current
road condition as the surprising increase of total vehicle and traffic demand due to fast
society and economic development. And definitely, this ubiquitous city problem
restricts society and economic of Nanchang City from developing faster and more
steadily. It has been a problem of instancy to be solved that alleviating the traffic
congestion and improving the transportation efficiency.
This thesis analyzed the main traffic problems of Nanchang City based on
macroscopic aspect. First, we calculated out a desirable road volume and its structure
that matches Nanchang’s development. Then, aimed at sustainable development, we
build an optimization model of general transportation efficiency by whose results to
analyze the problems existed in transportation structure of Nanchang and raise some
optimum method. According to the above, we studied and exposed some feasible
measures to alleviate the traffic congestion of Nanchang City.
