带有源电力滤波功能的三相光伏
并网发电系统控制策略

摘要针对光伏并网发电逆变器由于昼夜、天气阴晴变化导致其利用率低的问题,提出了一
种基于负载类型辨识和考虑负载轻重的三相光伏并网发电和有源电力滤波统一控制策略,并给出
了指令电流合成方法。该策略在保证最大光伏电能并网的同时,实现了对负载谐波与无功电流的
最佳补偿,尤其轻载时无需谐波电流检测,极大地提高了系统的响应速度。该系统基于 DC/DC/AC
高频链电路结构,克服了传统光伏并网发电系统中工频变压器耗材严重的不足。用 Matlab/Simulink
对提出的控制策略进行建模仿真,实验结果证明了该策略的有效性。

Abstract The gird-connected photovoltaic (PV) inverters usually operate in low utilization for
diurnal variations and weather changes. A new strategy for three-phase grid-connected PV generation
systems is proposed, which has the shunt active power filter function. The strategy is based on
load-level judgment and load-type identification, whose synthetic methods of instruction current is
given. The new strategy not only makes full use of PV power, but pensates harmonics and
reactive currents of the loads very well, especially when the loads are in low level. The system response
speed would be improved quickly without harmonics current detection. T
