高等院校医学生《医疗纠纷防范》课程设置调查分析

摘要: 目的了解医学院校《医疗纠纷防范》课程设置对医学实习生的医疗纠纷防范意识和医患沟通方式的影响,杜绝实
习中的医疗差错。对医学教育课程设置提出改革要求。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对2010年7月至2011年6月在保定市第
一医院实习的172 名医学生进行医疗纠纷防范知识了解情况调查。结果实习生在《医疗纠纷防范》知识教育前后所掌握
纠纷防范知识和自我保护意识方面差异有统计学意义(P﹤)。结论未经过医疗纠纷防范知识教育的医学生比经过
教育的自我保护意识处理医疗纠纷能力差。建议在高等医学院校及早开设《医疗纠纷防范》课程,并做为一项常规教育
加以推广。

Investigation and analysis of the curriculum of “medical disputes prevention” in medical students of
higher institutions

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of the consciousness to prevent medial dispute and the
communication between doctor-patient in medical interns after the curriculum of “medical disputes prevention”
in medical schools and eliminate medical errors in clinical practice to put forward some advices on the reforming
