高等院校医学生《医疗纠纷防范》课程设置调查分析

摘要: 目的了解医学院校《医疗纠纷防范》课程设置对医学实习生的医疗纠纷防范意识和医患沟通方式的影响,杜绝实
习中的医疗差错。对医学教育课程设置提出改革要求。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对2010年7月至2011年6月在保定市第
一医院实习的172 名医学生进行医疗纠纷防范知识了解情况调查。结果实习生在《医疗纠纷防范》知识教育前后所掌握
纠纷防范知识和自我保护意识方面差异有统计学意义(P﹤)。结论未经过医疗纠纷防范知识教育的医学生比经过
教育的自我保护意识处理医疗纠纷能力差。建议在高等医学院校及早开设《医疗纠纷防范》课程,并做为一项常规教育
加以推广。

Investigation and analysis of the curriculum of “medical disputes prevention” in medical students of
higher institutions

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of the consciousness to prevent medial dispute and the
communication between doctor-patient in medical interns after the curriculum of “medical disputes prevention”
in medical schools and eliminate medical errors in clinical practice to put forward some advices on the reforming
of curriculum of medical education. Methods 172 interns in our hospital from July, 2010 to June, 2011 were
investigated on the medical tangle prevention knowledge about the prevention medical disputes with questionnaire.
Results There was a signif
