摘要
2008 年以来的金融危机和世界粮荒,考验着我国粮食能否高效、安全的流通。
小麦作为最重要的粮食作物之一,小麦流通关系到农业甚至国民经济的稳定。本
文从渠道的角度研究我国小麦的流通,通过研究我国小麦流通渠道的现状及问
题,为我国小麦流通渠道的发展提供对策建议。
本论文以产业组织理论为基础,采用定性与定量、理论与实证相结合的方法,
构建我国小麦流通渠道的研究体系。首先从我国小麦的生产和消费入手,略述了
我国小麦供求状况,为我国小麦流通渠道的研究奠定基础。在研究了流通渠道的
历史变迁的前提下,以渠道关系理论为基础,实证研究了我国小麦流通渠道的渠
道关系、渠道效率和渠道结构,发现了我国小麦流通渠道存在主体发育不足、国
企主渠道地位不稳固、市场体系不健全和政策管理不到位等问题。通过结合北美、
西欧、日本等国外流通模式先进经验和国内的探索总结,在产业化经营、国企改
革、市场体系建设、宏观调控等方面提出了发展策略,以此保障我国小麦流通的
高效与安全。

Abstract
Since the year of 2008, the financial crisis and world grain shortages test China's
grain circulation efficiency and safety . As one of the most important grain, wheat
circulation affect agriculture development and even national economy stability. This
paper studied the situation and problems of China's wheat circulation channels, and
provided some countermeasures and suggestions for development of the wheat
circulation channels.
This paper constructed researching system of China's wheat circulation channels
based on the theory of anization, combining with qualitative and
quantitative methods, theoretical and empirical analysis. First of all,the paper outlined
production and consumption of our wheat so as to establish foundation for wheat
circulation channels resrarch. Then the paper empirically studied the channel
relationships, channel efficiency and channel structure under the theory of channels
relationship and history study of the channels. I found that our channels still exist
some problems, for example, that market entity is insufficient, that state-owned
enterprise main channel status is on shaky, that market system is imperfect and that
policy management does not sufficient. At last, the paper made exploration of foreign
