摘要
经过改革开放三十二年的发展,青岛已经成长为中国著名的家电制造业基地之一。目前这
里聚集了海尔、海信、澳柯玛三大重量级家电生产商,以及凯特、奥旭、琴岛、朗信等二线家
电品牌,形成了具有青岛特色的家电产业发展模式。
中国最大的家电产业制造基地——青岛,市场化程度较高,已具备一定的产业竞争力。但
该产业也存在一些亟需解决的问题,例如:青岛家电产业品牌两极分化十分突出,一方面拥有
像海尔一样的世界性品牌;另一方面缺乏中、小型的家电品牌,尤其是零配件配套企业的配套
能力还远远不足,使得整个青岛家电产业链处于严重不平衡状态。另外,中国各家电企业之间
为争夺市场,彼此的竞争越来越激烈,这也使得青岛家电产业面临着严峻挑战。
本文主要站在地区产业竞争力的视角上分析青岛家电产业竞争力。首先回顾了青岛家电业
30 多年的发展历程,在此基础上分析该行业的现状。其次运用波特的“钻石”模型对青岛家电
产业的竞争力进行了全面的分析,找出影响青岛家电产业竞争力的关键因素。再次建立青岛家
电产业竞争力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对青岛家电产业竞争力进行定量分析。最后结
合青岛家电产业发展的背景,提出青岛家电产业竞争力提升的对策。

Abstract
Through 32 years of development, Qingdao has grown into one of Chinese well-known electrical
appliances manufacturing industry bases. At present, here gathered Haier, Hisense, Aucma three big
heavyweight electrical appliances producers, as well as Kaite, Aosu, Qindao, Lonren and so on two
electrical appliances brands, formed had the Qingdao characteristic electrical appliances industrial
development pattern.
Qingdao is the largest home appliances manufacturing, it has a higher degree of market-oriented
and a certain petitiveness. However, there are some in the industry and the need to
resolve issues, for example: Qingdao electrical appliances industry brand polarization is very
prominent, on the one hand brand like Haier is a global international brand, on the other hand they
lack medium, the small electrical appliances brand, particularly spare parts necessary enterprise's
necessary ability is not enough, making the imbalance between the consumer electronics chain.
Moreover, competition among home appliance industry is more and more intense because of
scrambling for the market, this also causes the Qingdao electrical appliances industry to face the
serious challenge.
