经济的竞争,实际上是产业的竞争,现代区域经济的成长,首先是区域主
导产业成长。主导产业带动区域产业发展,是区域产业结构的核心和区域特色
经济的主要体现,区域主导产业作为区域经济发展不同阶段的经济增长点,对
区域经济产业结构的演变方向和趋势具有导向与拉动作用。一个区域在不同的
发展阶段,具有不同的主导产业,主要产业的选择不仅要考虑区域经济运行的
当前状况,还要考虑其未来发展的趋势。
党的十七届五中全会提出,发展现代产业体系,提高产业核心竞争力,这
是加快转变经济发展方式的重要途径和主要内容,也是提高经济增长的质量、
效益和国际竞争力的战略重点。在工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化
深入发展的新形势下,产业发展面临的竞争越来越激烈,要想使云南省产业保
持较强的竞争力,就必须以新的视野,新的方式来实现产业的发展。
本文首先对现有区域主导产业选择理论及进行分析,提出现有区域主导产
业选择理论存在的不足;接着又阐述了现代产业体系理论,对其内涵和原则进行
了详细分析,提出现代产业体系对区域主导产业的新要求。其次对云南主导产
业的选择方式、发展历程及存在的问题进行了分析,并根据前面的理论,在传
统的经济型主导产业选择指标的基础上融入现代产业体系的相关理念,构建了
一套包括基本指标、发展指标、可持续指标三大类共12个指标的新体系,并由
此对云南省40个产业部门进行统计分析,通过因子分析模型及云南省发展现状
对于主导产业进行筛选,进而指出了云南省目前应选择的主导产业,从而为优
化云南经济结构提供科学依据。

industry evolution. The leading industry evolution then decided by the region
