基于产业互动视角的中部六省工业相对效率实证研究

摘要
随着国际经济的发展,工业化成为衡量一个的重要标志,是一个国家经济发展的重要物质基础,是国家安全的基本保障。
改革开放以来,我国工业取得了飞速发展,但是始终没有摆脱高消耗、高污染、
低效率的发展特征,唯有改变原来的发展模式,工业在未来的发展道路上才能
有新的突破。随着社会分工的不断细化和专业化,一些职能从工业企业生产过
程中逐步分离出来形成了服务业,作为中间要素投入越来越多的服务融入工业,
极大地提升了工业产业竞争力。因此,本文结合工业的特点,从产业互动的视
角探索提高中部六省工业相对效率的方法,对现阶段我国中部六省工业经济的
发展具有一定的参考意义。
本文首先结合国内外的专家学者对各行业效率的研究成果、中部六省工业
现状以及相关数据的可获得性,确立评价我国各省市工业相对效率的指标体系,
然后运用数据包络分析方法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)中的超效率
模型对我国中部六省 2003-2009 年的工业相对效率进行测算,并比较分析中部
平均效率水平与东部、西部以及全的差异。最后,以 DEA 方法测算
出的效率值为被解释变量,以与工业互动发展的产业-服务业的发展和工业规模
两个因素为解释变量建立面板数据模型,从而明确各因素对我国中部六省工业
相对效率的影响方式及影响程度,在此基础上提出一些相应的对策建议。

Abstract
With the development of international economy, the level of industrialization es an
important symbol of measuring a country'prehensive economic strength and the degree of
modernization, an important material base of national economic development, and is the basic
guarantee for national security. Since the reform and the opening-up, our industry has made a rapid
progress, but never got rid of the development defects of high consumption, strong pollution, and
low efficiency. Only if we change the original development model, industry can have a new
breakthrough in the future. As the refinement and specialization of social division, some functions
separated gradually from industrial production process, and at last formed the service sector. It
provided more and more services for the industry, and greatly promoted petitiveness.
Therefore, combining the industrial status, this paper will explore the methods of improving the
industrial relative efficiency of the six provinces in the middle region from the interaction
perspective between industry and service. We believe it will have certain reference significance for
the economic development of the six provinces’ industri
