摘要
产业集群是经济发展中的一个重要经济现象,发展产业集群是一个不可阻挡的发展
趋势,其发展在提升区域竞争力,推动经济发展方面发挥着不可估量的作用。河北省制
造业如何在激烈的市场竞争中能够胜出,不仅要在资本,商品,信息和技术方面提高自
身的竞争力,而且要在规模上,品牌上提升自己的优势,充分发挥产业集群带来的各方
面集群效应,提升河北省制造业市场竞争力。
本文是从产业集群角度评价河北省制造业各个行业的发展,首先通过国内外产业集
群研究理论来说明发展产业集群的意义和必要性,然后对河北省制造业发展的外部环境
进行阐述,对发展产业集群提供现实意义;在实证分析部分,由于数据的缺失,本文对
河北省制造业各个行业中 28 个行业进行实证分析,根据产业集群发展理论知识构建评
价产业集群发展的指标体系,采取了 12 个指标进行因子分析,根据各个行业在不同因
子上的得分,分析河北省制造业每个行业发展在哪些因子存在不足之处,然后根据各行
业综合得分进行排名,这将为河北省制造业总体全面发展提供依据。在实证分析过程中,
对全国 31 个省份进行聚类分析,分析河北省工业发展在全国所处地位,可以分析与工
业强省存在的差距,将对河北省工业发展,特别是对制造业的发展提供了借鉴意义;最
后本文根据分析结果提出对策建议。

Abstract
The Industry Cluster is an important economic phenomenon in the development of the
economic, and the development of industry cluster is an irresistible trend of development, it
plays an important role in promoting the petitive power and impelling the
economic development. Manufacturing industry of Hebei Province want to win in the intense
petition, not only by capital, commodity, information, but also by promoting the
superiority in the scale and the brand .We should rely the various effect which the industrial
cluster brings to promote petitive power of manufacturing industry of Hebei Province.
This paper appraises manufacturing industry of Hebei Province by studying the
industrial cluster. Firstly, the paper introduces the significance and the necessity by studying
the theory of industrial cluster from the domestic and foreign. Then the paper will descript the
external environment of the manufacturing industry of Hebei Province, it could provide
important practical significance; In the part of the empirical analysis , this paper studies 28
professions due to the data flaw, and constructs the indicator system according to the theory of
industrial cluster ,and then adopts 12 indicator to factorial analysis. According to factor's
