摘要
结构物在长期使用过程中,在内部与外部、人为或自然因素作用下,
性能将随着时间的发展发生退化。对于具体结构,目前比较科学的做法
是要将建造、使用、老化三个阶段全部综合考虑,进行全“生命周期”
的可靠性管理。
为实现这种可靠性管理,本论文以结构的可靠性评估和预测为主
线,在前人研究的 RAISE-7 基础上,以 VBA 进行 AutoCAD 的开发,
最终完成了面向对象的结合定性分析和定量分析的钢筋混凝土可靠性
评估与预测软件 RAISE-8。
本文主要介绍如何利用了 CAD,VBA,数据库三方面知识开发
RAISE-8。主要内容如下:
1) 利用 CAD 技术,在 AutoCAD 图形中添加 5 种块体,用以记
录检测构件的信息。
2) 利用 VBA 技术进行块体信息的读取,并且输出到外部数据
文件。
3) 在 RAISE-7 的基础上完成可靠性的评估,修改了部分钢筋锈
蚀部分的计算程序。
4) 在完成程序之后,进行了实际工程的检验。

RELIABILITY ASSESSMENT SYSTEM IN
REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES
ABSTRACT
The function of structures will certainly deteriorate with time under
environmental effects. A systematic analysis so-called life-cycle reliability
management including construction stage, normal used stage, and aging
stage should be used for a particular structure.
In the present thesis, following the baseline of the assessment and
prediction for existing structures, based on the previous research
contribution on Reliability Assessment in Structural Engineering (RAISE-7),
a new software RAISE-8 to assess and predict the reliability of existing
reinforced concrete structures has been plished with CAD technology.
The most work done in the thesis is to introduce how to use CAD
technique,VBA and data-base to develop a new software RAISE-8. The
work focus on the following three aspects:
1) Use CAD technology and add five kinds of blocks in autocad to
record and inspect member’s information.
2) Use VBA technology to read blocks information and output them to
extent data files.
3) Based on RAISE-7, some subroutines have been modified for the
steel corrosion model in concrete.
4) The new software has been validated by practical projects.
