自动分类垃圾箱
[摘要]本课题基于单片机对电子电路项目“自动分类垃圾箱”的控制展开。我们对“垃圾箱”实现的功能做了整体构想,并通过学习新华龙单片机C8051F310的研究学习后设计了外围控制电路,并对芯片编程以实现预定设想。我们具体实现了“自动分类垃圾箱”的设计思路,方案、器件的选择,硬件和软件的设计,系统综合调试和PCB制版,设计结果等重要过程。经过反复的研究和实验,最后研制出自动分类金属与非金属的垃圾箱。当垃圾被送到垃圾箱的入口时能够自动感应垃圾,并对其进行自动分类,该产品具有智能化与人性化的特点,实现了资源的回收与再利用,并有效地减少了环境的污染。
随着生活质量的提高,垃圾污染变得越来越严重,其分类与处理已迫在眉睫。以往人们对垃圾的分类一直依靠手工,显得效率很低,特别是各种垃圾存在的条件下,操作人员要面对的环境差,劳动强度大。如果都利用小型自动分类垃圾箱把有回收价值的垃圾自动分类筛选,就可减少操作人员在垃圾回收中的劳动,改善他们的工作环境,减小垃圾的污染,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:The subject of electronic circuits based on single chip project "Automatic Classification trash" control started.
