摘要:通过TG-DSC、SEM和TEM对二水草酸镍在空气中热分解过程进行分析,研究结果表明:二水草酸镍在空气中的热分解过程经历了两个阶段,在175℃至275℃之间二水草酸镍失去结晶水生成了NiC2O4;从325℃至400℃之间NiC2O4被热分解为NiO。二水草酸镍在空气中热分解制备NiO过程中,℃℃之间,二水草酸镍在空气中热分解产物的形貌变化最大;℃℃之间,二水草酸镍在空气中热分解产物的形貌变化次之。因此,为了有效的控制NiO的形貌,可以分段性地控制二水草酸镍的热分解条件。同时,以10℃/min的升温速率在空气中热分解二水草酸镍,并在400℃时保温10min制备除了5nm左右的球形氧化镍。

Preparation of Nano NiO through the Pyrolytic
position of in the Air

Abstract: The pyrolysates of in the air were investigated by TG-DSC, SEM and TEM. The results showed that there are two stages in the process of the pyrolytic position of in the air. Firstly, the crystal water in was lost from 175℃ to 275℃. Secondly, NiC2O4 was pyrolysized into NiO from 325℃ to 400℃. In the process of the pyrolytic position of , the influence on the pattern of the position was more from ℃ to ℃. The influence on the pattern of the position was less from ℃ to ℃. Therefore, the pyrolytic condition of in the air was controlled if the effective pattern of NiO powder was obtained. At the same time, spherical NiO of about 5nm is obtianed through the pyrolytic position
