There are seven major tasks in project management, that is, quality control, investment control, schedule control, contract management, information management and coordination, which act as the core tasks in the design stage of project management. Until now, most articles concerning project design and management are based on the perspective of the proprietor. However, this thesis is based on the perspective of the project designer, who had studied the project design and management of Chinese training base on Phuket Island in the theme of project design and management, the thesis discussed its concept and related theories on the basis of reference to a large number of literature. This thesis also analyzed various aspects inthe process of project design and management, including planning, preparation, progress, costs, coordination mechanism, etc in a comprehensive manner, which took into account the actual situation and existing problems of Chinese training base project in Phuket Island of Tha
